This custom designed home was created for a large family who wished to preserve their privacy while having plenty of room to socialize. The house has two sleeping wings, each with 4-bedrooms and private ensuite bathrooms that flank a central common area. The wings can be closed off for privacy or to be rented individually and contain storage areas for personal toys (bicycles, surfboards etc).
The common area houses the oversized U-shaped kitchen with it's stylish European design, central island with cooktop and custom cabinetry, as well as a half bath, laundry room and plenty of room to lounge. The lounge spaces contain high ceilings with ceiling fans, and are divided into a tv and game room, a screened in area, and an outer deck which wraps around the pool. Off to one side is the BBQ area with covered eating area and massive table. Mature trees offer shade and beauty to the eating area and are home to lots of local wildlife.
The property is new to the rental market, but doing well and has parking for 8 cars.
New security system, fibre optic internet , good drinking water, and a custom septic system are just a few of the special features that provide extra comfort and value to this amazing property.
